Shipping Policy

Before getting into the details, we want to draw attention to the following crucial elements of our shipping policy:

  • We wish to ship out your order in compliance with our shipping policy as soon as practically possible.

  • Unless there is a special promotion, shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be levied for orders under Rs. 499.

  • Delivery will take place between 4 to 7 business days, depending upon pin code availability and dispatches.

COD Shipments:

  • The capacity of our shipping partners serving at your area to take cash as payment at the time of delivery determines whether the Cash on Delivery option is available.

  • We won't be able to provide a refund if you want to return the item because of a problem that we can't fix. The same amount will be awarded to you in shop credits.
     

National Delivery:

  • We will dispatch the order in 1-3 days, depending upon availability.

  • Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

  • You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website.

  • If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product due to any issue, we will inform you via email and call.

 

International Shipping

  • We do international shipping only for prepaid orders.

  • International orders are delivered in 10-20 business days depending on the location address.

  • If You like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please contact our Customer Care Executives or send us an email at help.tshirtsbuddy@gmail.com  

  • One of our Customer Care Executives will call / email you and explain the costs and timelines involved in international shipping and delivery.

 

Regardless of everything stated in the above clauses, we make no promises about delivery times because it is entirely up to the shipping providers. Due to unforeseen situations, the delivery process may occasionally take longer than expected.

 

In such circumstances, we shall contact You directly. Please check your inbox for updates of this sort.

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won't be liable to You or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue, or products that You will suffer as a result of any delay in the delivery of orders.
