Return - Refund Policy

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We Provide You 100% Replacement Guarantee

REPLACEMENT:

In compliance with this Policy, we will replace the items with new ones of your choice.

 

Only within seven days of delivery, you can replace the merchandise if the size or fit is a problem. Please email our customer service representative at help.tshirtsbuddy@gmail.com with all exchange and replacement requests, along with the full details of your order. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There won't be any additional shipping fees assessed by us. We can help you in exchanging the original order with a new one of the same value.

 

Following conditions are binding for the acceptance of Replacement and Exchanges of an Item:

  • Order replacement request can be raised within 7 days from the order delivered date.

  • It is the first time you are returning the order for size, we don't exchange/replace twice.

  • The tags and labels on the item should be intact.

  • The Product returned should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition; and it has to be along with the original packaging and shipping bills.

  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

 

Replacement Exclusions:

  • We do not replace or exchange any gifted orders or surprise T-shirt orders with other design as it is a gift / surprise. :)

  • We do not replace or exchange any item for Colour or Designs you selected.

Please be informed that the Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the criteria mentioned above

If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will store credit 100 points in your TshirtsBuddy account to adjust your shipping cost.

 

Cancellation of orders:

  • Cancellation of the will be done only if the product has not been shipped.

  • You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to help.tshirtsbuddy@gmail.com  from your registered email address.

  • Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.

  • After confirmation of the cancellation request, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the payment for the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.

  • Once the order dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

  • If you want to edit your order, we will not be able to change anything once shipped.

  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to help.tshirtsbuddy@gmail.com and we will see if we can work it out for you.

  • We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, you may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund of the amount to your bank account.

 

Refunds:

  • We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at help.tshirtsbuddy@gmail.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, and photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery.

  • In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.

  • However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the original mode of payment.

  • Please note the applicable shipping and COD & Delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.

  • Due to process constraints, COD orders will not be refunded in any circumstances, you can either opt for immediate replacement or take store credits.

  • The discounted amount, credits used will not be applicable for refund.

  • All Custom Make orders are not eligible for any exchange and replacement. Please make a note of the same.
